We toured all 7 in one day and we were able to purchase the home shortly after. Dave has great local contacts and was willing to assist in making the home available for contractors as well as carpet cleaning while we were out of town. Pleasure to work with. Unlike many realtors that just do the minimum, I felt like he would have done more if we asked.

At times nerves were running high and he had a way that calmed everything and gave encouragement. He offered to to video tours of homes and did all of the leg work for setting up the inspection and other things for us as we were not in the immediate area. He answered all of our questions and helped us find a home we love. We had a very short amount of time (3 months) to find a home with very specific terms and Dave helped us find a house, negotiate the terns, and seal the deal in less than 2 months!
