John was the best realtor I have dealt with by far! He listens to his clients needs and his overall experience will help you find the perfect house for you and your family in addition to close the best deal possible for the sale of your current home. I recently had to sale my house and purchase a new one. This was a 4 houses deal between all the sellers and buyers involved, John's expertise and work ethic made it look like a simple task by organizing all attorney and realtors involved along with closing dates. Johnny was great right from the very beginning. Availability was exceptional. When we wanted to see a home, he was on it as soon as next day bookings to view. Completely honest about everything that needed to be done with every property, and would not let us settle for less than we deserved. Wow. Where to start. We lived in West Hollywood, CA and bought a property in Youngstown, NY: 2600 miles away. John was amazing at understanding our needs and helping us meet them. One of his many strengths was his ability to help us solve problems and allay each and every one of our concerns. We were worried about being retirees and having 3 mortgages with this purchase and hooked us up with a mortgage broker (Premium Mortgage) who had our problem solved, and mortgage loan approved in 2 days. Because we were on the other side of the country, he helped by doing video walkthroughs for us that were so complete we felt like we were there and had seen each property. When we finally did our own actual walkthroughs, there were no surprises because John had already pointed out actual and potential problem area that we felt like we had seen this all before. My husband and I bought this as a gay couple and John made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and we never felt any bit of discrimination towards us at all, and he was a professional in every way. Every actual and potential problem that arose, John was already on top of it and had solution options for us. He made this entire cross-country move/purchase so smooth and easy we were always in awe. He answered and returned all phone calls/texts/emails in an extremely timely manner, especially since we were in a 3-hour time zone difference, and it was evident he put our needs well above his. He clearly exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond his call of duty. Even after closing, he had a dearth of referral options for us such as contractors, housing security options, utility companies and even local restaurants! He helped us negotiate purchase terms in a professional manner: He listened to our needs, shared his thoughts, observations, experiences but bottom line made it known in no uncertain terms it was always our decision. We never felt pressured in any way. He always was extremely personable, calm and relaxed. He never showed any signs of being stressed or that there was never a problem he could not solve. It was such a joy and pleasure working with him, that we would highly recommend him.
