HUNT REAL ESTATE

John was such a pleasure to work with! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for their home. He was always very quick to respond anytime we had questions and is very knowledgeable about the housing market. We are extremely grateful to have had the pleasure of working with him!

John was a FANTASTIC realtor to have for buying our home! He knows the market very well and knows exactly how to write-up a very competitive offer, down to the most minute detail. He is very knowledgeable when looking at the home from a structural integrity perspective, with insight as to what realistic repairs/things to consider will be. He does not sugarcoat things and we never once felt pressured to make a decision! From making any day and/or time work for house tours, to hours of phonecalls to ensure we fully understood what to put in our offer and why, John was excellent, professional, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who's looking for one of the best realtors in WNY.

John was absolutely amazing! With his direction, we found the perfect house for incredible value. Ive already recommended him to several people I know personally, and would recommend him for anyone looking for a house. I swear this guy never sleeps, he was always around to answer my calls no matter the time, and always showed up with a smile on his face, on time, and informed about the property we were viewing. I will not be going anywhere else if I have to buy another property in the future.

We had a fantastic experience working with John as our real estate agent. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot to learn, and John was incredibly responsive, informed, and knowledgeable every step of the way. What really stood out was how much he taught usaEUR"not just about the process, but about the dos and donts that can make or break a home purchase. He has a deep understanding of the market and was always quick to point out potential pitfalls, helping us make confident, informed decisions. If youre looking for someone who genuinely knows the industry and takes the time to guide you through it, I cant recommend John enough.

John was a fantastic agent to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed with the amount of work it takes. John made the process very straightforward, easy, and less intimidating. I would recommend John to any friends or family looking to buy a new home. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you John for all you have done! Truly a blessing to get such an amazing realtor
