At the beginning of the year, I decided to begin a search for a small house in the Cheektowaga/Depew area. I stopped in at an open house for one of Brandon's listings. He spent time showing me the property and explaining how it would or would not meet my needs. I made an offer on that property and although I wasn't successful, I knew that Brandon was the realtor who would be most helpful to me.
