ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers, and had a long search for the right home at a price we were comfortable with. Dianne showed us countless houses, and we placed who knows how many offers. She helped us every step of the way as we learned what we should/shouldn?t be looking for, and how to navigate a crazy housing market. Her vast knowledge and expertise taught us a lot along the way. Dianne was personable and truly became our friend through the home buying process. Would highly recommend anyone searching for an agent to buy/sell a home to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was so amazing throughout the entire home buying process! We moved to Buffalo from NYC and she set us up with multiple walk throughs while on a quick weekend trip. We knew pretty quickly that we wanted to make an offer on our house. We were signing papers that day and she helped us schedule our inspection for the very next day which was a Sunday! Dianne is amazing at networking and has ?a guy? for everything. Highly recommend Dianne!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was wonderful from start of the home buying process to finish. We looked at so many houses and she was patient and was present with us at every single one. With the booming market she made great recommendations of neighborhoods and price points fit to our needs and worked hard on our behalf, always keeping our needs and wishes in mind. We LOVE our house and would never have gotten it if it wasn?t for Dianne: I would highly recommend Dianne as a realtor, she?s the best there is in Buffalo!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time weve had the pleasure of working with Diane Michlinski. The first, she was our agent selling our home. She helped us with ideas for the most effective way to stage our home, but more importantly, how to correctly price our home for the market, and get the best deal possible. We sold our home above asking within 3 days! After being out of the area for a couple of years, we contacted Diane to assist us in our next real estate investment. Diane located many options for us, and helped us find the one home that we absolutely loved. Diane worked tirelessly on our behalf, handling at times, complex negotiations. Diane is a solid professional, who knows the business thoroughly and we highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was wonderful to work with. She is very professional but I now consider her my friend. When I needed help with anything, or to get my house ready to sell she was there with a helping hand or referred me to someone who could help. They were capable, reliable and reasonable. She helped me buy and sell. My house sold in 4 days above asking. If you are looking for a great realtor, look no further, Dianne Michlinski is your person!

ZillowVERIFIED Diane Michlinski is a consummate professional. She was our guide through each process in the sale of our home, clearly defining what was required from us from the paperwork side of the sale, to the pre-sale home preparation. She was available for any questions we would have--anytime. Staging our home (any home) for sale was probably one of the most important aspects of the process. Diane worked with us, tailoring each room, bringing out the most important characteristics that would blend with the overall appeal of our home. The day Diane placed the sale sign and published the sale information online to agents and the public, the showings began immediately. Thanks to Diane, her expertise, experience and pleasant demeanor, we sold our home in three days!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable of the local region, and is great technically. This is only the second house I have ever bought and she took the time and walked me through the whole buying process and made some great recommendations. Many sales agents in this field are just looking to make a quick sale, or maximize commission. I never once felt that way with Dianne. She ensured that I felt comfortable and that it was OK to take my time with the biggest investment that I ever made. She made herself available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. She took the time to understand my needs and never once tried to push me into a sale. She let me know both good and bad points about each property I had an interest in. I would use her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her highly to anyone looking to make a real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Needs to have all parties of the sellers involved. Poor communication with the seller. Was not responsive to the wants and needs of ALL sellers and never talked to others. Let potential buyers walk when willing to pay more. I would not recommend this person if you have more than one party involved in your sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Dianne was the Listing Agent for a property that caught our eye online. My wife and I were in the market to purchase a primary residence, which is one of the single most important transactions that you will ever make in life.
