Ryan was awesome to work with full of knowledge and a great personality. I would not go anywhere else in the future when looming at real estate! He was very responsive to questions and found out what our needs were and helped us find a perfect spot.

Working Ryan him ended up costing me $500k in equity for my house. Ryan suggested we put my home up for auction, then he and the auctioneer convinced me that I should auction my $2M+ house without a reserve, arguing that having no reserve would attract more bidders and drive the price up to close to market value, likely even more. They sold my house at the auction for $1.2M after doing lousy marketing and giving horrible advice, including treating the property like it was distressed. Ryan is good at presenting himself as being trustworthy, but my experience was very different.

Ryan is by far the best real estate agent in Tennessee. He went above and beyond for me and my wife. Everything he did made our buying and selling the easiest process. This was the second time Ive used him. Hopefully I wont need his assistance again, but if I do, there will be no hesitation to contact him.
