Didnt ask questions about the last realtors ...she asked us to allow her to do what she good at. She staged the empty house and it looked beautiful. We were previously told to leave it empty. Ann said no way! Her strategy plan worked! My phone was blowing up with text message saying aEURoe another showing is scheduledaEUR?. Within 2 weeks she sold it for more than asking price! OMG!! From the first day we met him for a tour of a house we liked, he has been the most responsive, thoughtful, hardworking agent. As first-time buyers, he fought for our best interest every time. He guided us through every step of the process, and he never pressured us to make a decision one way or the other. When we had questions, he either answered them immediately or found the answer and got back to us within hours at the most (and even then, he doesn't let 5 minutes go without responding to a call or text message!)We cannot overstate how much we loved our experience with Arvind. Even after we closed on our new house, he worked to make sure the transition was smooth. The seller had failed to remove all of their belongings, and Arvind arranged junk haulers to come get it, and he spent three hours at the new house to make sure they got everything out without damaging the floors or walls. He truly cares about his clients, and he will do everything in his power to make sure you find the home you want.

Ann did exactly what she said she would do, however we would get frustrated with all the improvements because of price. We do appreciate her splitting some of the cost with us on specific items. We should have just moved out and not tried to replace some items thinking we were helping. She did tell us that she would take care of everything. We did not listen. We were very pleased to get a full price offer. Our house staged did not look like our house but it was beautiful. With Ann marketing our house we received 3 full price offers and 1 less cash offer.
