Hudson Realty

Jan and her team were a true support to our family as we sold our mother's long term home. She was there every step of the process, offering guidance to best ensure a good result for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a professional team to sell or buy a home.

It was wonderful working with Jan from the first meeting through to the sale of my house. She was always prompt and responsive to my questions. She was helpful and positive at every turn. I appreciated her friendliness as well as her expertise and knowledge of real estate. When I was hospitalized with a fractured femur midway through the sale process, Jan was a terrific help in coordinating with my sons to see that, even in the hospital, I could finish signing the needed documents. Her concern, her knowledge, and her patient help will always be appreciated.

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Jan Hudson. From start to finish, she and her team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Jan was incredibly professional, efficient, responsive, and, above all, extremely patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process clearly, and always made me feel confident in my decisions. What impressed me the most was her outstanding ability to identify the best home based on my needs, interests, and budget. She truly listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a home that exceeded my expectations. She also has exceptional negotiation skills and worked tirelessly to ensure I got the best possible outcome throughout the buying process. I truly appreciated her guidance and support every step of the way. I highly recommend Jan Hudson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Jan, for making this such a wonderful experience!

Jan Hudson is very professional and certainly knows her stuff when it comes to real estate. She goes the extra mile, and worked extremely hard to sell our home and was successful! Jan patiently answered my multiple questions with kindness and candidness, and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Jan Hudson for all your realty needs.

Jan was exceptional in all areas: overall knowledge and insight into the Redlands market. Her process was low-stress and non-disruptive to me. She was extremely savvy in negotiating with potential buyers. Jan was extremely well-versed in all aspects of the transaction. She was a pleasure to work with, especially because of her knowledge of the resources used in the sales process. I would definitely recommend Jan and will use her in any future real estate transaction.
