ZillowVERIFIEDJan was exceptional in all areas: overall knowledge and insight into the Redlands market. Her process was low-stress and non-disruptive to me. She was extremely savvy in negotiating with potential buyers. Jan was extremely well-versed in all aspects of the transaction. She was a pleasure to work with, especially because of her knowledge of the resources used in the sales process. I would definitely recommend Jan and will use her in any future real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Jan Hudson. From start to finish, she and her team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Jan was incredibly professional, efficient, responsive, and, above all, extremely patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process clearly, and always made me feel confident in my decisions. What impressed me the most was her outstanding ability to identify the best home based on my needs, interests, and budget. She truly listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a home that exceeded my expectations. She also has exceptional negotiation skills and worked tirelessly to ensure I got the best possible outcome throughout the buying process. ZillowVERIFIED It was wonderful working with Jan from the first meeting through to the sale of my house. She was always prompt and responsive to my questions. She was helpful and positive at every turn. I appreciated her friendliness as well as her expertise and knowledge of real estate. When I was hospitalized with a fractured femur midway through the sale process, Jan was a terrific help in coordinating with my sons to see that, even in the hospital, I could finish signing the needed documents. Her concern, her knowledge, and her patient help will always be appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan Hudson is one of the hardest working persons I have ever met. She is very knowledgable and was quick to answer any questions we had. We saw a lot of houses and even with Covid-19 restrictions we were able to close on our home with no issues. I highly reccomend her if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan & her team were a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism is unparalleled & their commitment to their clients is evident in every thing they do. My sale, on behalf of my elderly parents, presented multiple stumbling blocks (e.g. issues with title; needed repairs; challenges with working with a property held in trust; family friction) yet nothing tripped them up. While Im relieved to have the sale behind me, I look forward to a time I can work with Jan & her team on the purchase of a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have asked for more while working with Ms. Jan Hudson and her team. From the first time we met we could tell that she completely knew what she was doing. Every day she made us comfortable during the very uncomfortable process of selling a home. She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. No matter what was going on, she was honest with us and cared about what was important to us every step of the way. She even got us our asking price! We truly are beyond happy with our experience in selling our home with Jan. If we are ever in a position to sell again, we will be contacting her right away!

ZillowVERIFIED Having moved to SoCal after selling my home four years ago, I was looking to see if I could pre-qualify for a home loan. A friend recommended, View Point Financial, Mavin Hudson, who had me pre-approved in a week. I still needed a realtor and asked him for a recommendation not realizing his wife, Jan, was a realtor. I couldnt be happier with the professionalism and responsiveness of Jan and Jenny in this process. I will close on my new home in 2 weeks. Having both the loan and realtor under the same roof was a godsend. Saved so much back and forth and time. Jans experience has made a sometimes stressful but exciting time smooth and easy. I highly recommend Jan and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan helped us buy our first house earlier this year. She walked us through every step and really explained the process to us so we never felt lost even though it was our first time buying. Jenny was also helpful and sweet; these ladies together were organized and on top of everything. Both offered helpful insight whenever we had questions, and we had a lot of questions! We are so happy with our house, and we're so grateful to Jan and Jenny for making the buying process as stress-free and organized as possible!

ZillowVERIFIED Jan and her staff are the best! First handled my rental homes and then sold them for me. They were on top of every detail. JENNY was efficient and so on-the-ball handling every detail that all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. The two homes they sold for me sold fast and escrow was short. They also have a handyman who can do ANYTHING, so whatever issue came up with the homes he handled. I didn't have to do hardly anything.

ZillowVERIFIED The team at Hudson Realty has been wonderful to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers. We spent a lot of time researching, reading and internet searching the home buying process. We knew that we needed a realtor that would guide us through this process without pressuring us to make a choice. Jan and her team (especially Jenny) are amazing people. We couldn't have asked for better persons to support us as we navigated through the purchasing process. My absolute favorite thing about using Hudson realty was their attention to detail. When we first walked into Hudson realty we were greeted with a first time home buyers packet. This packet had everything!! After spending months figuring out the lingo, in one meeting Hudson realty demystified the process. I love that packet! Since buying our home, I joke with my husband that we should frame that packet and place it in a position of honor on our NEW fire place mantle.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home seller and I live out of state from the property. I needed a lot of hand holding throughout the whole process. We lived in that house for over 20 years. 5 kids grew up in that house during that time. It was a very special house. Jan and Jenny and the whole staff at Hudson Realty were there for me the whole time and walked me through the whole process. They were very supportive. My house sold quickly and they were there every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to sell my home, Jan Hudson was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. Even though I was stressed, Jan and Jennifer made a complicated process smoother than I had expected. The final sales price was within the three projections, provided to me by Jan. Jan used a skilled photographer to show case my home. The home sold within a couple of days. I definitely recommend her to anyone, ready to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan simultaneously handled the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home here in Redlands. It was a very complex undertaking with multiple schedules that had to be managed. Jan and her team handled it all in wonderful fashion. Jan was very proactive and flexible in showing our former home and in helping us find a new home considering that we were relatively picky about what we wanted in a new home. She and her team were professional and patient with our questions and concerns and were always in close communication about the process and providing answers to our questions. We really appreciated that Jan has her own office which allows for a more personal approach, and her local knowledge base was very helpful. Jan and her office have been very engaged with the community and it shows. We have already recommended Hudson realty to friends and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED The real estate industry in California is sometimes "a very necessary evil". Regardless if we are buying or selling, the whole experience can often leave us feeling abused, neglected, overwhelmed and confused... Not with Jan Hudson!!! She is amazing. As a professional, she is the best around and is very well respected. She surrounds herself with an extraordinarily talented team that makes the whole experience a delight (not just tolerable). She is quick to listen to concerns and very open and honest with her advice. As an example, we had the pleasure of receiving multiple offers for our home. Jan walked us through the pros and cons for each offer, taking into consideration all the complexities of recent market behavior, the state of the mortgage industry, appraisals, inspections and the like. Thankfully, with Jan's guidance, we have successfully completed the sale of our home and are well on our way to our next great adventure. Thanks Jan, Jacqui, Jenny, and Marv! You're the best!

ZillowVERIFIED My elderly mother was in need of selling her home. It was recommended that we contact Jan Hudson, owner of Hudson Realty. We listed Mom's house with Jan. Jan and her team made the selling process as fast and as smooth as possible for us. We especially appreciated the communication that we received all throughout the process. A little less than 3 months later, Mom's house closed escrow. All went well and Mom received top dollar for her home. I would recommend Hudson Realty to anyone looking for a very professional and personal experience in selling you home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan helped us locate and purchase a home in our town in the type of neighborhood and for a price that we wanted. She gave excellent advice and was not pushy in any way. Her team was constantly helpful and all of the team handled everything very professionally. Our escrow was closed much sooner than our expected date due to their expert handling of the entire transaction. We have purchased many properties in our 46 years of marriage and this was, without a doubt, the easiest and most stress-free experience we have had. We would highly recommend Hudson Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was born and raised in Redlands as were both of my parents, and although I don't live in Redlands any longer, I always knew that someday I would like to buy a rental property there. So when my wife and I began our search for a home to buy, the first thing we did was choose a local realtor. Because of my historical and ongoing ties with Redlands, I was quite selective when choosing a realtor. After sorting through several friends of old friends who had become realtors, and countless online profiles, we finally settled on Jan Hudson. Jan's online profile stood out not just because of her high ratings, but because she is not just a realtor, but a local business person who is very active within the Redlands culture and community. Hudson Realty, located in downtown Redlands on E. State Street (where else if your serious?), and offers a full set of services including buyer and seller representation, financing and property management and relocation services. Hudson Realty is a real local business. The things that we liked best about Jan: She's very sincere and takes a real interest in your situation, she is a business person, she knows the "process", and she knows Redlands. Jan was patient and flexible with our schedules, always made time to show us the properties that we were interested in, and we valued her sincerity and perspective on things every step of the way. When it finally came down to purchasing the home we liked, Jan was more than patient and understanding during some financing challenges that we encountered, but eventually overcame. Though we did not use Hudson Realty for financing services, it was nice to know that they "had our backs" just in case. I should also point out that despite Jan's busy schedule with local business organizations and even city planning, her bright office staff kept everything on track. It was nice to know that Jan had a team behind her. If your heart is in Redlands and if you're looking for a realtor who can really understand that...and together with that understanding brings responsiveness, sincerity and process efficiency, then Jan Hudson and her team are for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Jan Hudson was greatly helpful to me in my quest to find a new home in a very short period of time. An offer was made on my previous residence just days after being listed for sale and in my efforts on my own to find a new home in the Redlands area that met my criteria in a short period of time without much success, I reached out to Hudson Realty. Jan listened to my dilema and took immediate steps to help me find the perfect home that met the criteria I had communicated to her. She exemplified professionalism in dealing with other realtors, property owners and me. She was diligent in her quest to find a property that met my needs within the specified price range, made herself available over a holiday weekend to ensure the close of the transaction and always looked out for my best interests. She is absolutely fabulous to work with and would recommend her services to anyone in search of the home that is right for them.
