She has the ability to navigate the complexities of the market, ensuring I was informed at every step. I also appreciated her proactive communication; she kept me updated regularly, which made a significant difference during the transaction and the overall home buying process . Eileen's negotiation skills are exceptional . Her knowledge of the market allowed her to advocate effectively, ensuring I got the best possible terms on my purchase. If youre looking for a real estate agent who will prioritize your needs and make the home-buying process enjoyable, Eileen is the one to call!

We had an outstanding experience working with Eileen from start to finish. Eileen is knowledgeable, responsive, and had our best interest in mind. Her communication was clear, her advice was spot on, and she made the entire process stress free. We felt supported and informed. We would absolutely recommend Eileen to someone who is buying or selling a home.

Eileen was/ is amazing and her expertise shows immediately. She cared and made me feel valued, not just a commission. She made the home selling processes as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond, super responsive at any time of day and educated me on every single step of the process. I trusted her recommendations as far as listing price and recommended buyers. I would use Eileen EVERY time I buy or sell and recommend her to anyone else on the buyer or sellers market.

As first-time homebuyers, we started the process with a lot to learn and only a vague idea of what we were looking for. Eileen was endlessly patient, walked us through every step of the journey, and set up many visits over time to help us find the right fit. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she is really talented at tapping into ones taste and exploring different areas of interest. It was clear that she always had our best interests in mind. When it came time to buy, Eileen broke down every aspect of the process, explained the contract details clearly, had a ton of resources at her disposal, and fought for us during negotiations. She is knowledgeable, kind, genuine, and truly invested in her clients. We highly recommend Eileen to anyone buying a house in Pittsburgh. We found our dream home and really enjoyed spending time with our friend Eileen!!

I highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Pittsburgh area. From getting my home staged to an amazing online presence, Eileen made the process easy and painless!
