She got to know us and catered her advice in location, size, and style to reflect our needs. Her advice on bidding was excellent and allowed us to gain some leverage even in a market so heavily favoring the sellers.She was always extremely responsive. If we needed to see a home, she was there. If we were seeing a home close to the offer deadline, she was getting everything we needed together. Furthermore, she connected us with excellent people along the way. Her mortgage agent reference was excellent. Her home inspector reference was here the next day.Our buying process was thrown for a loop when Penn Hills decided we needed to have our retaining wall replaced within 30 days of closing. With her help, we received seller's credit to cover the entire cost of the wall. Had she not been able to negotiate this price, I can confidently say we would have had to back out of the contract.If you want to find the house for you, Eileen is your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED There's nothing that Eileen could've done any better. She was always quick to respond when I reached out to her. She was incredibly accommodating in regards to scheduling visits to homes I wanted to see. Eileen was a tough negotiator and didn't hesitate to talk me into making lower offers, meaning she wasn't just trying to make a quick sale, and since I was a first time buyer, she was very patient while I figured out what it was that I was looking for in a home. On multiple occasions, sellers were taking final offers 24-48 hours after houses were posted for sale and usually for inflated prices. The housing market was definitely quite challenging while I was looking, but Eileen definitely made the process as painless as possible.
