Debbie Woolard was our Realtor and helped us buy our first home. We decided to interview her based on her online reviews on Zillow. As first time homebuyers, we were looking for somebody with loads of experience and someone who could walk us through the intimidating home buying process. Along with Debbie, we also interviewed 2 other Top Performing Realtors in the Virginia Beach area. We decided to go with Debbie because her professionalism and efficiency, which were also very evident during the interview.As we reflect back on our decision to work with Debbie Woolard, we would like to say that she lived up to her very high standards. She was always prompt to respond to us, either by emails, phone calls or text messages. She also provided us with a very personalized service. We did not have to talk or correspond with any Real Estate Assistant or Associate. In fact, we did not meet or see anybody else who worked with her. We dealt with Debbie directly all the time. She was always available to us, even at short notice.Debbie was always very courteous and accommodating. She adjusted her plans quickly to suit our schedule. She made it a point to be personally present at all Showings. At no point, during the home buying process, did we feel that she was trying to sell us anything or push something on us. She was always very gracious to give us the time and space to make our decisions without making us feel rushed or pressured into making decisions. When we finally made an offer on a house, she meticulously kept track of all the details before Closing. She kept reminding us of what was due when. She made sure that we did not drop the ball before or during Closing.Other professionals that were referred to us by Debbie, for things like Home Inspections, Financing, Termite Inspections and Closing, were all just as professional as her. She had done a good job of vetting them, which was one less concern for us.We would definitely recommend Debbie to all our friends and associates. We are confident that she will help you find the home of your dreams with the same professionalism, efficiency and personalized attention.
