I found Michael Boland through Zillow when I was looking to buy an investment property in Buffalo. In a very competitive Buffalo market, Michael helped to find me a perfect house. Michael was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process; he guided me and answered all my questions. Michael was always responsive and very professional. I would recommend him to family and friends.

He is a good man. He helped us a lot. We are thankful. He showed us so many houses. After looking many houses. We finally find a big beautiful house that we have dreamed of, and because of that we are really happy that we had the opportunity to work with Michael Boland.

Michael and his team are exceptional . He is always available to answer questions or follow up on requests. He has a great team of home inspectors, mortgage company contacts, and lawyers. He makes the process very easy and walks you through all of the ins and outs of home buying . I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael helped us to find a home that met all of our needs and wishes at a very reasonable price. He was super responsive to all of our calls, texts, and emails. We found his advice valuable as we made final decisions about making an offer. We definitely felt like he was on our side. He was patient that we find the right house rather than applying pressure to reach a sale. We are now engaged in selling our previous home and highly recommend him.
