From our first meeting with Jody to our closing, she was incredibly patient with us and answered our many questions. She responded to texts very quickly, no matter the day or time; she arranged viewings for us on sometimes short notice; and she always made time for us when we needed her. Jody was both the seller's agent our our buyer's agent and did a great job giving us advice and treating both parties fairly. If she felt she couldn't/shouldn't answer our questions or give advice, she would direct us to our lawyer or someone who could help us. We appreciated the fact that we could trust her. With Jody Saunders as our agent; Aimee Churchill as our lawyer; and Jason Muckey, owner of Precision Home Inspection of the Twin Tiers, LLC, we had an incredible team to help us find and purchase our first home as a couple.
