Jody was the best person we could have asked for. From the very beginning, she was pointing out issues within houses that we weren't looking for. With Jody, house visits were always a discussion on what we liked, what we didn't, and the things she saw that may not fit us. This practice over a few houses really helped us focus in on exactly what we were looking for and how a house could grow with us. Jody was to thank for this as she saved us a few times from hitting some pitfalls of home ownership we wouldn't have anticipated. Jody's always looking out for your interests and I never had any issues reaching her (call, text, or email). On a few days we'd be talking at a variety of times during the day. She really wants to be available for you.Our home purchase was a bit tricky towards the closing date due to some issues with the sellers. Jody continued to go to bat for us and helped us negotiate a lower price due to some issues we found. We frequently had bad timing and hit multiple holidays for deadlines, Jody was still readily available and also assisted in getting us in touch who whomever we needed at such inconvenient times. Without Jody, our process would have been a nightmare and likely wouldn't have gone through. Jody's friendly, personable, honest, and forthright. If she thinks the asking price is too high, she'll tell you. You absolutely want Jody on your side when buying a house, she's wonderful to work with!
