Howard Hanna Real Estate

Buying a house is difficult. Buying a house from 250 miles away is next level difficult. Unless you have Joshua White as your agent. Besides being friendly and responsive, Joshua is EXCELLENT at what he does. We went from looking at houses on a whim to closing in less than two months while navigating some complications in the deal. I would recommend Joshua to anyone in the Corning/Southern Tier area.

Joshua helped us get everything set up on the night of closing. He truly went above and beyond to go smoothly. His knowledge professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile are amazing.

Joshua was an exceptional realtor who aided us along every step of the way!! I really appreciated how he took the time to listen to our needs and help guide us during the home sale process!

Joshua personalized his full attention to us... His focus to detail, patience, and local market knowledge made us feel completely at ease. Always able to explain everything clearlyaEUR| Every call, every textaEUR"answered!! He definitely was instrumental in coordinating all aspects of the closing. Not only was he able to assist us with information concerning the process of how closings are conducted in NY, but also with utilities, cable, contractors, etc. He made it easy for us, especially since this is our vacation home and we are not from the state. By closing day, we felt completely confident we'd made the right choice on our new vacation home and our Realtor!! Tracy & Marty

Joshua White was an excellent realtor and a pleasure to work with! He was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the home-buying process. He made everything go smoothly and helped make the experience much less stressful. I'm very happy with my new home and would highly recommend Joshua to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
