Buying a house is difficult. Buying a house from 250 miles away is next level difficult. Unless you have Joshua White as your agent. Besides being friendly and responsive, Joshua is EXCELLENT at what he does. We went from looking at houses on a whim to closing in less than two months while navigating some complications in the deal. I would recommend Joshua to anyone in the Corning/Southern Tier area.

I recommend him to undergo a customer orientation class! He doesn't even know where the septic tank is! And shows little to O Interest to his clients. I asked as well where the property line ends he just said to me the best thing to figure is in the middle.pf the river! Hello? I'm glad the owner didn't accept my offer coz this agent doesn't deserve not a single dime. DONT FALL FOR HIS 5-star reviews .He doesn't even deserve a star!

It was a pleasure working with josh, He would answer any and all questions for us. He would make videos of houses for us to see which was very helpful considering our long distance we would have to travel just to see a house. I appreciate all his efforts he made to make our experience enjoyable!
