ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house is difficult. Buying a house from 250 miles away is next level difficult. Unless you have Joshua White as your agent. Besides being friendly and responsive, Joshua is EXCELLENT at what he does. We went from looking at houses on a whim to closing in less than two months while navigating some complications in the deal. I would recommend Joshua to anyone in the Corning/Southern Tier area.

I asked as well where the property line ends he just said to me the best thing to figure is in the middle.pf the river! Hello? I'm glad the owner didn't accept my offer coz this agent doesn't deserve not a single dime. DONT FALL FOR HIS 5-star reviews .He doesn't even deserve a star!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is the greatest! I have worked with many realtors in my past. (I have purchased 5 homes in my lifetime) If I were to rank all of the realtors that I have worked with.... Josh would come in at #1. Joshs knowledge of houses in general provide great insight on things you may not think of when purchasing a home. I was working remotely with Josh and competing and bidding against local buyers. His market knowledge helped me when making bids and putting in offers. I was impressed with how hard this guy worked! Nothing is worse than having an agent that does not seem to care... but with Josh he works hard and does not take his clients for granted. He will also be my agent when it is time to sell my home. He knows his market well. I HIGHLY recommend Joshua if you want a agent that will work hard for you!

He was extremely helpful through the whole process and I can?t count how many times I would say to my sister ?Thank heavens for Josh.? If something seemed off or confusing, I would ask him and he would help me through it. If he didn?t know an answer to something he was quick to find an answer.
