Howard Hanna Real Estate

My experience with Sam was extremely disappointing. The description of the home was completely inaccurate, which was confirmed during the home inspection. Several issues that were either omitted or misrepresented became apparent once the inspection was completed. When it came time to discuss repairs, communication with Sam was difficult. Rather than working toward a resolution, he was often unresponsive and avoided addressing legitimate concerns. I also discovered that documents provided regarding repairs had been falsified. I personally contacted the companies listed, and they confirmed the documents were not legitimate. When I confronted Sam with this information, he avoided the conversation instead of taking responsibility or providing an explanation. I don't know what experiences others have had, but based on mine, I cannot recommend working with him. I feel fortunate that I had an experienced realtor and loan officer looking out for my interests. Without their expertise and diligence, I may have ended up in a much worse situation. Given my experience, I genuinely do not understand how Sam is ranked among the top realtors in the nation. I hope future buyers do their due diligence and ensure they have knowledgeable professionals advocating for them throughout the process.

Sam and his team were fantastic to work with! We tried to purchase a home but when the sale fell through he and his team were so supportive and helped us find another home! Sam was fast and responsive with the paperwork. Sam and his team made the daunting task of buying a home super easy. Highly recommend working with Sam!

Sam was outstanding to work with. We were selling a Columbus condominium from out of state, and Sam made the process easy. He kept us updated, and took care of us as clients. Highly recommend!

Sam was a huge help during the process of buying my first home. He was always available and went above and beyond to make the process more comfortable. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Sam was so kind and helpful during the process of selling my house. He took time to explain the process from start to finish. He was always quick to respond to my questions and explain next steps. My favorite thing about Sam - he genuinely cared about what was best for me and my situation during the process. Also- from start to finish (first conversation to the closing) took 3 weeks! He was with me every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience. You cannot go wrong with Sam!
