Howard Hanna | Rand Realty

Jimmy did a great job working with me. He didnt take a lot of time. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and I am happy that I was able to find him when looking for my apartment.

My first home purchase was stressful at the start. Jimmy made the entire closing process feel seamless and well worth it. His expertise, professionalism, and knowledge of the market gave me confidence every step of the way. He was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and handled every detail with care and precision. What truly stood out was his dedication to making sure everything went smoothly on closing day. Thanks to his experience and commitment, what almost was a stressful experience turned into an exciting and memorable milestone. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Jimmy. Thank you for making my purchase experience such an amazing one!

Jimmy consistently went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer calls and messages, and he explained every step clearly, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the journey. When challenges came up, as they often do in a competitive apartment hunting , Jimmy handled them calmly and professionally, offering solutions and reassurance when I needed it most. Thanks Jimmy !!!

Jimmy was incredibly helpful and understanding in helping us buy our first condo. Any time we had a question with anything we would ask him and he would respond almost immediately and with any information we needed. He was very transparent with us and made sure we understood everything. I recommend him to anyone who feels nervous going into the housing market as I'm sure he will have your best interests at heart!

I had a great experience working with Jimmy to help me find an apartment in the Throgs Neck area, a neighborhood I was familiar with and excited to move back to. He made everything seamless and communicated each step of the process. If I had to recommend someone to anyone I know looking for a new place to call home, Jimmy would be the first person Id recommend!
