Part due to me receiving a grant from the city. Within this time frame, the deal almost fell through. Ran into issues with my loan and grant, and my contract basically expired. Jimmy could have left the deal but he did not. Instead, he found ways to help me. He contacted some of his peers to see how he could help me. He was there with me every step of the way providing insights, advice, and guidance whenever needed. He is very reacheable and accessable. Whenever I texted or called him, I would get a response almost immediately. He has a positive mindset. He was never trying to push a property or persuade me; he was always looking out for my best interest.
