Howard Hanna Outer Banks Realty

Yuliya did a wonderful job. She listened to my needs and found exactly what we were looking for within 3 weeks of meeting her. She was always just a phone call or text away, and if she didnt know the answer to my question, she would find out. She was always very prompt in responding. She walked us through every step of the home buying process. She made all appointments and attended those when needed. I can honestly say she is the best realtor that I have ever used. Would be my number one recommendation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We have enjoyed working with the Siers team over the years since we first moved to the OBX. We used Stacy amd Mike to purchase 2 houses and a lot while we were there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the OBX.

Pleasant, mellow personality plus adoption of clients interest as her own goal, makes Mrs. Hristov the best possible choice of a supportive professional to team up with while stepping into real estate game. Weve made an attempt to work w/ different agent, while looking for a property to purchase, at first, & noticed that wrong agent equals a total loss of time, money, nerves .. we would give up browsing if not for Yuliya Hristov. Big thanks to her personally as well as H&H agency. Smooth & Pleasant experience!

So, Previously I wrote a fairly negative review. I clearly was not happy with the services throughout the process of purchasing a home in the OBX. The communication I thought could have been better and the repairs of the home could have been facilitated much better. That being said I need to give credit where credit is due. Although we have not spoken since closing Mike still when out of the way to make sure the home was presentable along with some of the repairs on the outside of the home were performed. Even though I had my initial opinion I felt it was right to go back and update the review to reflect his effort. So Thank you Mike!

I found Yulia to be very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. She was always accommodating and responsive - once she understood our vision she really goes above and beyond to get the job done, she is very transparent.
