I had an oceanfront listing that had been on the market for some time, the previous agent didn't have any luck so the client called me. We received an offer, negotiated, and it made my day to see how happy she was on closing day! Simply utter joy:)

I loved looking at houses even just from the outside, the different shapes, features, yards, all the things. I decided why not look into seeing inside and out and selling homes or finding buyers for the homes I find so intriguing. Now, hear I am doing just that a little less than 20 years ago.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Experience from daily activities at the office to meeting new clients and walking them through each step is the strongest form of training that I know. They aren't alwasy easy as well so that's another learning curve but we make it happen!

Stacy was a great listener...heard exactly what we were looking for and found great options to show us.
