Howard Hanna Exclusive Realty

We had a fantastic experience using Steve as our realtor. He took us to multiple properties with limited notice. He was patient and extremely helpful. We are so happy with the home we chose which wouldnt have been possible without his help! Thank you again so much Steve!

Steve did a great job helping us find our home. He knew that we found my new home as soon as he saw the listing. We were there the next day and put an offer in the day after that. He was very helpful when working with the listing agent and helped us work out some things between them and the mortgage company

Steven was a pleasure to work with in the stress of searching for a home in Altoona. His knowledge of the local market and understanding our needs made our move to the area much easier. He was very flexible accommodating our requests for tours of properties and always had good information about the properties we were visiting. He made our closing very convenient using electronic signatures and followed up with recommendations of local trades professionals to help us prepare our home for move-in.

Steve was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very patient, even when I worried about everything. I asked questions about the area and he was very knowledgeable. I feel like Steve helped my find the best property for my budget and my needs.

I've purchased two properties through Steve. Both experiences were straight forward and easy. Steve went it if his way to answer questions and proved expert, knowledgeable advice. Steve went out of his way to show us several homes in the area before we purchased both homes.
