ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time homebuyer and working with Rachel made it an awesome smooth process. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is very mission oriented. It's hard to find someone to work with with the same intensity and interaction as I have but Rachel supersedes all of what I am. I would refer Rachel Wagner to anyone first and foremost before anyone else

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel was great. She handled a variety of unforeseen issues with both the house and the various family members involved in the sale. The whole thing took quite a bit longer than we all expected, but Rachel was right there with us the whole time. Rachel is supported by a great team at Howard Hanna, who were able to step in with needed repairs, clean up, and other services. I would recommend Rachel to anyone buying or selling home in the central PA area.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a hard to sell property. She found a buyer and made me more than I thought I would make on the house. She kept me up to date when we had a glitch in the title and got the house sold. She has a great personality and I was very pleased with her.
