Howard Hanna Company

Eileen is an expert in every way. She listened to my needs, educated me about the local market and helped me to find a great home and navigate the purchase process. She helped me negotiate a major repair on the house I purchased, saving me significant future costs. Eileen was super responsive and has my absolute confidence!

Britt was fantastic from start to finish, and I'd recommend her without hesitation. We sold our house while living out of state, so we needed someone we could trust to handle things on the ground. Britt did all of it. She managed every contractor, every showing, and the entire closeout. We never felt out of the loop. We had a lot of enthusiastic buyers, and Britt managed all of it calmly and professionally. When the offers came in, she kept us updated minute by minute. She walked us through each offer and made sure we knew exactly where things stood before we decided anything. She also handled a secondary offer the right way, which gave us real peace of mind while we worked through the rest of the process. We came out better than we expected on price, and it wasn't because of luck. Britt knows the market and how to negotiate. The negotiations went smoothly, and she never let things get messy or stressful on our end. What stood out most was how easy she made everything. Selling a house has a lot of moving parts, and doing it from several states away could have been a nightmare. With Britt, it just wasn't. She was responsive and organized, and she was always a step ahead. If you're coming in from out of state, Britt is the person I'd send you to. She knows the area inside and out and will make the whole process simple. If you're selling, same answer. You won't find anyone better. Thanks for everything, Britt!

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor for our first home-buying experience! From the beginning, Eileen took the time to listen to us and understand our preferences & priorities. As first-time buyers, there was a lot we didnt know, but she guided us through every step, explained our options, and gave us honest advice. Her expertise during the negotiation process helped us find the right home at the right price. Were so grateful for her patience, dedication, and support throughout the process!

We had an amazing experience with Eileen McKeon and her team! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and really took the time to listen to us and assess our needs as first time home sellers. The McKeon Group was communicative, responsive, and organized. We received multiple offers on our home (over asking) within two days of listing.

Kailey was incredible to work with throughout both our home purchase and sale. Although we weren't planning to buy for another year or two, when our dream home came on the market, she helped us navigate our decision with thoughtful guidance and zero pressure. The selling process brought a few challenges, but Kailey's strategic advice helped us achieve a great outcome. Every recommendation she made paid off. She also expertly guided us through multiple offers and a couple of bumps in the road after our home sale was pending. Kailey and The McKeon Group genuinely put their clients first. Their expertise, attention to detail, and network of trusted resources (their stager Jenny is amazing!) are unmatched. We even said that when it's time to move again in 30+ years, Kailey will be our first call. We highly recommend working with Kailey and The McKeon Group. You will not be disappointed!
