ZillowVERIFIED Eileen and her team were absolutely amazing. I did not have a lot of spare time outside of my commitments to worry about selling my house and Eileen made it simple. She put me in touch with a stager who did an amazing job making my house look wonderful. Eileen did great marketing for my home and I had two offers right when it went on the market. She helped me through the inspections and sale so I was able to focus on only what I as the seller needed to do. I trust her implicitly and would 100% recommend her. If only all real estate agents were this great!

As a first time homebuyer trying to buy a home in seller's market, I was nervous about the process, but Monica guided me throughout the whole process, made it relatively easy, and answered all my questions. She gave me references for a loan officer and a home inspector who were great and I really enjoyed working with. She and her group were available and accessible for all of my questions and concerns. This group made the home buying process relatively stress-free, and dare I say it, easy?? I would definitely recommend!

She was busy, but she called back very quickly and put us in touch with her associate, MeredithBabel, at The McKeon Group. We got connected with Meredith and she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable of the area(s), which was so important because we were buying from a completely different state. She was very responsive. She helped us to make decisions, not by giving us her opinions, but by asking us really great questions that helped us come to the choices that were right for us. She was also amiable, funny, and genuinely a joy to "hang out with" while she was giving us home tours over Facetime. It was definitely a sellers market and we put down several offers before we got the house we got, but Meredith gave us great insights when it came to writing our offers. In the end we totally feel like we got the property that was right for us. We were super grateful to have found Meredith and the McKeon group and would not hesitate to recommend them.

She didn't even blink - but started sending us a list of properties. She and Mike showed us condos and townhouses from the eastside to the westside. We ultimately found a condo in Rocky River that we fell in love with. Eileen made the process so easy (even though we created a few bumps along the way). In less than four months - we have gone from having no idea what we wanted to owning just what we wanted. Because we were in multiples I think she spent A LOT of time on the phone on the back end doing work. She's a calm voice, concise, kind, knowledgeable and experienced.
