Josh was great to work with. He was honest and listened to what we needed. Super helpful and available in addition to being knowledgeable. He stayed with us from finding a home to closing the loan. It is very important to me that I didn't feel he was trying to sell me something I didn't want. I absolutely recommend work with Josh.

Kara did a fantastic job for me selling my home and buying another at the same time. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. She even paid money for a cleaning that was in my contract and didnt get done properly. Kara was great to work with and if I needed help with real estate again I will be calling her for sure.

I have used Kara to buy and sell several homes over the last decade. Kara will go above and beyond for her clients. I originally met her at an open house. I wasnt in the market at the time, but that did not deter her from spending time with me and exploring options in the future. She will go above and beyond, answer questions, and is easy to work with while understanding how stressful purchasing a home can be.

Kara was awesome from the very start. She was professional and approachable from beginning to end. She helped me buy my condo and sold my house. She has an energy and enthusiasm that is infectious. Kara has great communication skills and responds immediately to any requests. I will refer her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell.
