Mary was recommended to us by friends who had worked with her in the past. She didnt disappoint. Mary was professional, informative, patient, and easy to work with. She was always responsive and available. We appreciated her honesty and valued her feedback. She sold our home quickly and helped us through the entire process. She also helped us tremendously in our quest to find a new home. Mary took the stress out of what can be a very stressful process. We would highly suggest her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Mary Locy on numerous occasions to buy and sell homes, and have nothing but the highest regard for her as a realtor and more importantly, as a person . Mary is an extremely intelligent lady who is a hard working, trustworthy realtor. She will give you 100% in helping to find the right property for you and will always keep you informed. . She is honest and sincere and a true professional in every sense of the word. I have used Mary on many occasions and have referred her to family members who have also used her, and who also share my opinion of her as a realtor and as an overall good person. To me the greatest quality a realtor must have is to be honest and trustworthy, and that is Mary's greatest strength. She is extremely intelligent and hard working but the one thing that impresses me the most is her character. She is truly a model of professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were very happy with Mary's help in finding our new home. We were from out of state so she had over 20 houses lined scheduled for us over a 3 day house hunting trip. She was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED You would be foolish not to choose Mary Locy for your realtor!! She sold our previous home in a short period of time and worked with us every step of the way in finding and buying our new home. She is a delight to work with! She responds to questions and concerns very promptly; she quickly finds answers and she makes the buying & selling process near seamless. She provides helpful suggestions to sell your house faster. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I have worked with several other realtors over the years and no one comes close to being on the same level as Mary. She went above and beyond our expectations; we would not consider anyone but Mary in the future. We recommend her without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Last Fall we contracted with a realtor in Dover to sell our aEURoeforever home.aEUR? Unfortunately our home did not sell. As our contract neared expiration, our hair stylist recommended Mary Locy with Cutler Real Estate in North Canton. In his words aEURoeMary was a go getter.aEUR? Another day during a dental appointment, the office manager upon hearing we had our home for sale, suggested we contact Mary Locy. In her words aEURoeI love Mary - she is so nice and Mary did such a wonderful job selling my daughters home and helping my daughter find another.aEUR? We contacted Mary Locy and have no regrets. Mary Locy and her assistant Heather Kornick exceeded our expectations, so much so that we asked Mary Locy to sell our home AND locate and purchase our next. Mary Locy is the most competent aEURoeConnectedaEUR? realtor we have ever known: ~ First in person meeting - Mary provided an impressive electronic presentation of the various methods and tools at her disposal to sell our home. ~ Quality online writeup and photos combined with Marys other marketing tools resulted in much more aEURoepotential buyer activityaEUR? than before. ~ Phone, email or text, Mary and Heather are proficient with all and always responsive. One day in Portage County, additional info was needed before making an offer to purchase. Via smart phone, Mary asked Heather to compile a list of comparable properties in the area with dollar figures. Within minutes we had the information we needed - great customer service! ~ Electronic notifications for upcoming showings - there were no surprises when potential buyers would be visiting our home. We had final say of the day and time that a showing occurred. Often after a showing, we were provided details as to what the visitors liked or disliked about our home which we found informative. ~ Weekly electronic notifications displaying the interest and activity of potential buyers of our home including the activity and prices of other homes for sale in our area. Mary sold our forever home and went above and beyond in helping us locate/purchase our next. Mary made herself available to us weekly, greeting us with a list of the properties we would visit that day and the time allotted for each stop. Mary was very organized - the first home was the farthest away and each home there after took us back in the direction of home. Mary aEURoenever complainingaEUR? would accompany us for a few hours or an entire day viewing one home after another until we found just what we wanted. Mary Locy is a kind human being and her positive attitude and smile are addictive. ZillowVERIFIED Mary was always professional and very helpful. She had at least 4 open houses and always shared information on prospective buyer's opinions. She made suggestions as to how we could better sell our property without lowering the price. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone seeking a very capable agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Locy is absolutely the best real estate agent that we have been associated with. She is a very knowledgeable, professional, detailed person. She watched over all the details of us selling our home, and purchasing another. She was very patient with us during our house search. She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had during the buying and selling process. Even when we knew that she was very busy, she never made us feel like she was rushing us in any way. Mary is friendly and has a good sense of humor. Not only was she a good business partner, but we feel that we have made a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Mary because of several things. When negotiating she informs you of all the pro's and con's to help you make the best decision for your family. She is very stern with her negotiators, when informing them of the information she obtained on the property and neighborhood. She gives the facts to support your bid. She always responded in a timely manner. Mary took a process that could've taken us 6 months to a year and reduced the time to several months by diligently pursuing all the parties involved . Her persistence in contacting others and keeping us informed gave my husband and I a peace of mind and a speedy sale. Mary is not selfish when comes to sharing her knowledge and skills of the Housing Market. Choose Mary and Win!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Locy is the hardest working and most honest person I have ever met. Not only as a realtor but also as a person. She was extremely professional and helpful during the entire house hunting and buying process. I have bought and sold many homes in the past and I have never dealt with an agent who is as responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable and caring as Mary is. She truly cares for people and does her best to please her clients. I could not have asked for a better realtor to work with. I will never use another realtor and would recommend Mary Locy to anyone looking to make a realestate transaction. You will not find a more honest, caring, professional and knowledgeable person in the realestate business.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic. She understood the market and assisted us in properly pricing our home during period of low inventory. This resulted in selling our home after only 5 days of listing. Sale was complicated due to Appraisal coming back significantly less than sale price. Mary did a wondwerful job of assisting with negotiations so deal could be made.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Mary three different times now, twice buying and once selling, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I can be impatient and ask lots of questions about the process, and she was always helpful and responded quickly. She always found a way to squeeze in my last minute home tour requests. She is easily one of the best agents in the Canton-Akron area.
