Howard Hanna

Larry took the time to show us many homes out of town in the areas we wanted to buy our next dream home and that is Exactly what he did for our family!!Thank you from Carrollton

My first conversation talking to Larry with in the first five minutes was very rude. I would not recommend anyone to use Larry as an agent because he was very rude disrespectful, and unprofessional as an agent. Like I stated previously I would not recommend no one to use him as a first time experience or any experience for that matter!!

Larry helped me sell a rental property quickly...he explained the pros and cons of it being a rental..he also offered to help my tenant with locating another place to live. He always returned calls and kept me informed of the process....thank Larry....

Larry helped my husband and I buy our first house. He took use through every step of the process and went above and beyond to get us the home we wanted. We would have been lost in the negotiation process without his help. His knowledge and skill was indispensable and he was truly dedicated to us and his job. We would highly recommend Larry!

We used Larry to both sell out house and buy a new house. It took us a year to find what we were looking for. Larry was patient and pro-active throughout the process. We bought a foreclosure which added more complexity to the negotiations. Larry guided us through it and made it a smooth process. Larry's two assistants were absolutely wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable and eliminated any roadblocks. We would use Larry again.
