I would not recommend anyone to use Larry as an agent because he was very rude disrespectful, and unprofessional as an agent. Like I stated previously I would not recommend no one to use him as a first time experience or any experience for that matter!!

We bought a foreclosure which added more complexity to the negotiations. Larry guided us through it and made it a smooth process. Larry was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. He knew all the right questions to ask and who to call to get things done. I was very happy with my experience and was glad to recommend him to my sister when she was ready to sell her home, and then again later to my parents when they moved. I ended up getting transferred out-of-town, needed to sell my home, and get relocation help- all which Larry was able to do for me. Larry gets an A+ in my book!
