Hovland Realty

My wife & I , interviewed 3 agents before selecting Sarah Acorn to market our home in a very difficult market during 2025/ 2026. Sarah grew up in Southwest Florida and knew the market. She was very organized & poised beyond her years. She demostrates a great deal of tenacity and seems to handle hurdles & obstacles with a great deal of professionalism. Shes efficent and effective, and enjoys holding open houses which were very effective in marketing the Condo. Bottom line Sarah she sold our home in 60 days.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah. She helped my mom an incredibly emotional and difficult time after the passing of her husband. My moms home had become too much for her alone. From the beginning, Sarah was honest, upfront, and compassionate. She never gave my mom false hope or told her what she wanted to hear just to make a sale. Instead, she was realistic about what the house could sell for and, what my mom could realistically afford for her next home. She worked hard to help my mom sell her home and then helped her find a place that was within her budget and right for her. She answered every question, explained things along the way, was patient when things became overwhelming, and always made my mom feel like she had someone in her corner. What really stood out to me was that she genuinely cared about my momaEUR"not just as a client, but as a person. She went above and beyond a typical realtor. If you are looking for a realtor who will truly advocate for you, tell you the truth even when it may not be what you want to hear, and genuinely care about helping you find the right outcome rather than simply making a sale, I cannot recommend Sarah enough.
