Instead, she was realistic about what the house could sell for and, what my mom could realistically afford for her next home. She worked hard to help my mom sell her home and then helped her find a place that was within her budget and right for her. She answered every question, explained things along the way, was patient when things became overwhelming, and always made my mom feel like she had someone in her corner. What really stood out to me was that she genuinely cared about my momaEUR"not just as a client, but as a person. She went above and beyond a typical realtor. If you are looking for a realtor who will truly advocate for you, tell you the truth even when it may not be what you want to hear, and genuinely care about helping you find the right outcome rather than simply making a sale, I cannot recommend Sarah enough.
