Household Real Estate

As first time homebuyers, we could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Charlie. He was consistently trustworthy, always aiming to answer any and all questions we had while also clearly communicating the extent of his expertise as a real estate agent. He made touring houses easy and helped us feel safe if properties we checked out had less than ideal situations. He worked tirelessly to help us buy our house even with a difficult financial roadblock. We would not want to work with anyone else the next time we buy a house.

Charlie was incredibly helpful while I navigated buying my first condo. I had no idea what to expect going into this, but Charlie was very patient and willing to answer even my dumbest questions with no judgement. I had full trust in his guidance the whole way through. He truly wants the best for his clients!

We sold another house with Charlie and I would recommend him highly. He is knowledgeable and professional. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Charlie did a great job helping me purchase my first home. He explained every step in the home buying process and answered any questions I had. He communicates well and made time to talk late, due to my work schedule. His low pressure and relaxed attitude made buying my first home a great experience.

Charlie did an amazing job. He was super flexible, able to take us wherever we wanted on short notice. He was super knowledgeable on VA loans and made the whole process super smooth.
