ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time homebuyers, we could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Charlie. He was consistently trustworthy, always aiming to answer any and all questions we had while also clearly communicating the extent of his expertise as a real estate agent. He made touring houses easy and helped us feel safe if properties we checked out had less than ideal situations. He worked tirelessly to help us buy our house even with a difficult financial roadblock. We would not want to work with anyone else the next time we buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Charlie when purchasing our dream home in Southeast Michigan; we couldnt be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, Charlie was nothing short of exceptional. One of Charlies best qualities was his attentiveness to our needs and man questions. Regardless of when we messaged him, he always responded quickly and with the info we needed. If he didnt have an answer, he was quick to research and get back to us. Another area Charlie provided great help was in the structuring of our offers. His strategic approach to biddingaEUR"suggesting specific clauses and contingenciesaEUR" gave our bids an advantage over other bidders who didnt include such clauses, and increased our chances of having our offers accepted by the Seller. We were always confident that Charlie had our best interests at heart. In addition to being a realtor, Charlie also helped us secure financing for our mortgage through his mortgage broker. The rate he was able to quote us was significantly below all other quotes I had received, making the decision of which lender to use simple. Finally, Charlie has experience with rental properties, and his background in working with contractors and managing repairs proved invaluable when we encountered homes with maintenance issues. He helped us understand what needed to be fixed, what was worth negotiating, and what could be a simple DIY project. His advice saved us time and potential headaches down the road. Thanks to Charlie, we found our forever home. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate agent in the Southeast Michigan area. We cant make this recommendation highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Charlie was extremely helpful in helping us find an investment property. He took the time to find out what type of property we wanted (lots of work/less work). He knew the pros and cons of the neighborhoods we were looking at. He also went the extra mile, in our mind, to call city and check on questions and understand rental issues. ZillowVERIFIED Charlie was a blessing to us during the sale of our house. We sold our house while building another house. Charlie was very patient and flexible with our time frame and the process getting delayed some. When it was time to actually list, Charlie was on top of it and got it done extremely quick. Before we knew it we went into a highest and best within days. Charlie was mindful of the uncertainty of a true move in date for our new construction and pushed for getting us occupancy for our sale house. He had the forethought to push for more occupancy then we thought we needed and turns out we do need it. Charlie was also very responsive and understanding of our lack of knowledge and experience with selling a house. He made sure we understood what was going on and answered all questions with kindness. I would absolutely recommend Charlie for your real estate journey. If I ever have another real estate need, I know who I would run to! My three year old daughter even loves walking around with his business card saying "It's Mr. Charlie."

Charlie is impressively responsive, with expertise in almost all aspects of the buying process. It was fantastic working with someone who was patient, considerate, and thorough with us, yet resilient and firm with negotiations. I truly felt that Charlie had our best interests in mind through the entire process and was our biggest advocate, which was extremely reassuring especially when things felt overwhelming and difficult. He was never pushy but knowledgeable with so much patience to answer all our questions as we were learning along the way. Thanks to Charlie, we were able to buy a house in an area we love that I was hesitant to even consider at first due to the competitive market and our inexperience as home buyers.
