Regina was a great help getting us into a house in a very competitive market. She was always available to show us houses quickly and submitted offers fast. She definitely knows the market in the area and has a great network of professionals for every step of the process from mortgage brokers to inspectors. Highly recommended!

I have worked with Regina twice now she has been my go to realtor and for a lack of a better word she has been amazing has made the process of buying and selling a home as smooth as possible her knowledge and expertise truly show when she is working with you, advising and always helping you the best way possible

We were moving from RI to CT and were referred to Regina. What a gift! Not only was Regina the nicest people we could have come in contact with, she listened to what our primary goal was and within a very short time, found our new home!! Thank you Regina!

Regina made selling our house a stress-free, simple process. Regina came in, assessed the property, and told us what we needed to do to ensure we sold our home for its current value. Regina's expertise resulted in an offer in less than 4 hours of the listing going live! I would recommend Regina to anyone selling/buying a home in the Southern CT/New Haven County area.

We had a very positive experience working with Regina Sauer on our recent home sale. She was knowledgeable about the market, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuinely cared and understood our needs and concerns. Regina was very responsive to our many calls and text messages and was able to answer all our questions and put us at ease with what could have been a very stressful process. She is trustworthy and skilled and willing to go above and beyond for her client. We highly recommend Regina!
