ZillowVERIFIED Regina represented my wife and I on the selling of our home of 40 years in Orange Ct. Regina did a wonderful job and really made our lives so much easier. She knows exactly what needs to be done to get your home ready to sell. I told Regina to take care of whatever she felt needed to be done with the house and she really delivered. She is honest and trustworthy and was a pleasure to work with. There is no other agent that I would consider to sell my home in Orange or any of the surrounding towns.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to begin! This was our first time purchasing a home & Regina helped us find the perfect match! She was very quick to respond, we went & saw the house the day it hit the market! She always gave her honest opinion on the houses we looked at. When our offer was finally accepted, she had recommendations on the next steps. It was a long three months trying to deal with the sellers side but, Regina went above and beyond in every aspect, she communicated everything with us, was honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable & professional. We couldnt have done this without Regina! We had a fantastic experience working with Regina & if youre looking for a realtor, shes the one you want to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Regina Sauer is the best! Shes not only the best real estate agent, but shes a great person. She really cares and has your back. This is a rare quality in any field. I usually never write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. Its the third time Ive used Reginas services. The first time was in 2017 when I was selling my house in West Haven, CT. I had another real estate agent who listed my house too high and then wanted me to take a low offer, cutting the price by a third. This agent insisted that it was the best offer I could get. I found Regina online and called her just for an opinion. She took her time, talked to me and explained everything thoroughly. When the prior agents contract ended, I hired Regina. She listed the house at the price I wanted, and it sold in three days with multiple offers. Regina really listens to her clients and understands the market well. Two years later, Regina helped me rent out my fathers house. After that, she recommended a property manager who managed the property for me. It was critical, because I currently live in another state. Most recently, I sold my fathers house with Reginas help. The professional photos and captivating description sold the house in about a week. I highly recommend Regina Sauer.

ZillowVERIFIED Regina was a pleasure to work with for the purchase of my first home! She was very responsive and sent new listings I might be interested in within hours of them being posted. She was able to answer all of my questions about the process of purchasing a home and questions about neighborhoods I was looking in. Once I decided to make an offer, she was very quick to draw up the paperwork. She has connections for any of the services I might need in my new home and was happy to share their contacts. Regina was great and I'm lucky to have worked with her for my purchase; I would definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Regina is simply amazing! Regina connected us to a lender, She was responsive to all of our questions within 24 hours. Most importantly she was caring and always had our best interest in mind. The current housing market is stressful, there were times I was worried we wouldnt get a house. Regina continually talked to me about this and gave us a comprehensive strategy. She also assured me that she would stick with us until we got a house. We would recommend her to anyone who needed a realtor and this really chaotic market.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my 2nd time having Regina as my real estate agent -- we've gone through a buying and selling process together at this point, and I could not recommend her enough. I was in a situation with my rental property home, and I knew I had to call Regina. Her expertise, quick-responsiveness, and down right knowledge of what needs to be done completely put my mind at ease. She was spot on with the pricing, and her knowledge of the area always impresses me (we've seen a lot of houses together in the past!) Not only did we sell my house, but it was $10k over asking. Amazing. I have the upmost respect and trust in what she does. When we leave our current home, she will be the first person I call yet again. She is truly wonderful.

ZillowVERIFIED Regina was OUTSTANDING and a pleasure to work. We interviewed several local realtors, however, when we met with Regina, our decision was made. First and foremost, she is an expert in the town, having grown up here herself, and raised her family here. With her positive attitude, she continually kept us updated with what was going on in this volatile market and providing direction when needed. When some minor repairs/updates were needed to meet the buyers request, Regina not only provided us with expert contractors who could care for them in a timely and reasonable manner, but also took it one step beyond by meeting with them on site while the work was performed. Regina is truly a prepared, dedicated, professional realtor, a leader in her field that I would highly recommend her to any potential customer.

Regina was a huge help in the entire process from presenting, to negotiating all the way through closing. Did I mention she is a real estate guru? Any question you ask her, she knows the answer. If you are looking to buy or sell in CT, Regina is the person to go to!

ZillowVERIFIED Regina recommended and helped me close on a property that was in my price range but much better than what I had previously been looking at, and only a few blocks away. She's welcoming, with great energy, and always easy to reach. Regina connected me with a lender who got me an unbelievably low rate and made sure everything was settled in a quick window before close, an inspection company that was profession and friendly, and an insurance company that gave me the lowest quote (lower than offers that included a bundle)! Regina isn't just well connected though, she's invested in making sure you find the best house for you and get it. As I write this from the house beyond my dreams, I know I would not be here if it were not for Regina. I will be recommending her to anyone buying a house in CT.
