Cathy was a great all-around resource as we made the jump from Manhattan to Mamaroneck. She helped us better understand the real estate market, specific neighborhoods with the towns, school system options and local resources for a variety of pre-move needs. We appreciated her real estate expertise, as well as her ability to listen to our needs based on having a young child and dog. We would highly recommend working with Cathy!

We worked with Cathy over several years with rentals and, this year, buying a house. She is responsive, patient and helpful and her excellent understanding of both the market and the area was an invaluable resource. I really appreciated her honesty in pointing out both positive and negative issues when we saw properties that I would have overlooked. Cathy tells it like it is in a good way. I highly recommend Cathy to anyone who is looking for a house in the area either to rent or buy - I feel very fortunate to have had her recommended to us!

Cathy made the home buying process very easy for us. She really knows the town like the back of her hand and made us feel very comfortable about moving to the suburbs from the city! She is also be very honest and upfront with us about everything.

Cathy is an outstanding broker. She is honest, funny, and helped us find the right home in a patient and nonjudgmental way. Were very lucky to have found her.

Cathy was a huge help in the search and purchase of our first home. She knows Larchmont inside and out, learned what our needs were, and adapted to show us the best options in our price range. As first-time home buyers moving out of the city, she was able to provide us the necessary guidance to comfortably make the move.
