It is a combination of head and heart, listen to both. It all works out in the end, trust the process. All houses can be happy homes!

When selling you see your house as a "home", but the buyer sees it as a "house" ..depersonalize, declutter and let the house put it's best foot forward.

Basically all types of them at this point but no two are the same. It is a very personal process. I offer boutique service tailored to each individual client. No teams, no underlings, just me!

A young family really wanted a neighborhood that was semi out of their price range. The house went to final offers and they were outbid...not for lack of love, but for lack of $$! About a month later the original buyer backed out and we were able to rebid and secure the deal. The house had some inspection issues but my clients hung in their, did their research and went forward with the purchase. They will slowly fix their home up and live a wonderfully happy life in the perfect neighborhood for them. There has not been another house at that price point, and probably never will be. It was meant to be!

Accidentally...shouldn't have had that second glass of wine! But a happy accident. I love it!

No specific classes, not my thing. But over 20 years experience and hundreds of millions $$ of homes sold...honestly the best experience is being human....and treating everyone well.
