Krista did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. She is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what factors are the most important when determining the pricing and the showing of a home. She included a walkthrough video of the property that gives the potential buyers a better understanding of the unique features. After receiving multiple bids very quickly, Krista knew the best questions to ask each of the potential buyers' realtors so that we could determine which bid would likely be the most solid. Krista was very flexible with our schedules and very helpful with any questions we had. She truly has both the seller and buyer's best interests at heart.

Krista was outstanding from the starting gate to the finish line! She worked along side us to quickly market our home even helping us to stage it for photos and a remarkable marketing video!
