She is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what factors are the most important when determining the pricing and the showing of a home. She included a walkthrough video of the property that gives the potential buyers a better understanding of the unique features. After receiving multiple bids very quickly, Krista knew the best questions to ask each of the potential buyers' realtors so that we could determine which bid would likely be the most solid. ZillowVERIFIED We were out of state buyers, and Krista was fantastic. She did live video tours for all of the homes we considered, including the neighborhoods, which helped immensely. She knows the entire area, seemingly every neighborhood, and was able to give us the pros and cons of each. Anything we needed she gladly accommodated. Communication was impeccable. Often checking in with us, even after the we closed on the home. During negotiations she literally saved us thousands of dollars. Beyond the home buying process, she helped us with numerous recommendations for the area - services, movers, etc. Could not be more pleased with the experience, especially in such a tough buying market.

She was patient, never pushy, and took so much of the stress of the process away from us (can't emphasize this enough). ZillowVERIFIED While it is true you can find many realtors out there to help you buy/sell a house I guarantee you wont be able to find someone like Krista. Krista first contacted us to inquire about a lot we owned for one of her clients. Our lot was off the market at the time due to our inability to sell it with a previous realtor. We were so impressed with her research in finding us that we asked if she could help us sell our lot. She agreed. She took amazing pictures, including aerial shots, and wrote an exceptional ad. She didnt stop there though. She actively contacted builders and ensured the ad for our lot was well advertised. We were able to sell our lot within a few months with her. Something we were not able to do the whole year we had it up for sale with a previous realtor. Our work with Krista continued when we decided to move from our current home. We were interested in buying a house with more land. We knew it was going to be stressful buying a new home and selling ours. Krista made this stressful time more manageable. She was always available to answer questions (via phone calls/text messages). She would keep lists of all our questions to ensure everything was answered. I felt that she always went out of her way to make sure we had answers to everything. We were able to get a good offer on our new house with just about everything we requested. Selling of our old home was more stressful. We did not want to have 2 mortgages for a long time. Krista did an amazing job again putting together another exceptional ad. The first day we had our house on the market, we had 3 showings. By the end of the day we had a full price offer! However things didnt go as smoothly. The day before closing the buyers had additional requests after their final walk-through. My husband was out of town and I was stuck at work so I couldnt show up at the closing to take their additional requests. Even though Krista had a full schedule herself she didnt hesitate to jump in to help us close the deal. Thanks to Krista the closing went on as scheduled. During the whole process, we developed a good relationship with Krista. We felt like we had a family member there with us watching over our best interests. Selling and buying a home are considered among the most stressful life events. I am grateful we had Krista helping us during that challenging time. She made the process a whole lot easier.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I owned land that we had listed for sale with another realtor who couldn't sell it for a year. Shortly after the contract expired, my wife received a message through LinkedIn inquiring about our lot, which at the time wasn't even on the market. Krista figured out the owner through the city records and contacted my wife through LinkedIn. I thought that she was very creative and obviously worked hard to help her clients. We ended up selling our lot in a short amount of time after she contacted builders directly. We also sold our home and were continuously impressed with her and the real estate team. The photographer took amazing photos, she helped add items to stage our house, and we received a full offer the first day we placed the house on the market! I've bought and sold real estate now in multiple states and worked with many real estate agents. Most of the time I felt like other agents just wrote a listing and waited.
