Kevin was absolutely amazing through out our home buying process. He is knowledgeable about surrounding areas, and about the process of buying a home. He's patient, kind, and has a great sense of humor. It was wonderful working with him. Definitely recommend him.

Kevin was amazing to work with. Highly recommend him to anyone. Kevin made the whole process smooth and fast. We closed our house in 3 weeks from submitting an offer.

We first met Kevin Hudoba two years ago. He stood by us through the ups and downs of a challenging situation to find us the home we were searching for. He never gave up. He was patient and caring and met us exactly where we needed to be met. Thanks Kevin. We appreciate all you have done for us. David and Jacquie

My husband and I originally met Kevin in 2024, we wanted to buy a house and after a couple months it didnt work out on our end so we waited until we were prepared and ready so at the end of 2025 I reached out to Kevin and asked him if hed work with us again and of course he was more than happy to. Working with Kevin was all around an amazing experience, both times. Hes very knowledgeable on homes whether its something you want to look for or something you want to stay away from. He was also very knowledgeable on most areas we looked at homes in. The second time we worked with Kevin we looked at three homes in one day and the last home we looked at is the one we ended up buying. Kevin made it such a smooth and easy experience so on our end, we just had to enjoy the ride, he had answers to every single question I came up with. Apart from that, hes just a very enjoyable person, easy to talk to and you can tell he just loves his job! Thank you, Kevin!!!

Kevin was very helpful throughout the home-buying process. He is knowledgeable about the market, informative, and made great suggestions that helped me get my offer accepted. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Indianapolis area.
