ZillowVERIFIED I WAS SEARCHING FOR AGENT REPRESENTATION and in our experience with Mr. Hudoba, he is the type of an agent SERIOUS AND EDUCATED BUYERS SHOULD AVOID, and one that leaves a VERY bad imprint on the real estate profession. I contacted Mr. Hudoba with SPECIFIC and VERY BASIC questions about a property in Arlington Heights for which he WAS the listing agent (BTW, he no longer represents the listing.) Since we did NOT WORK with an agent and the house was listed SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than all homes in that area, I asked for information that ANY POTENTIAL BUYER would (or SHOULD) ask of an agent, which is to provide comps from MLS and answer literally a couple other VERY BASIC questions about the property (such as, whether floors were ACTUALLY wood OR parquet; they were advertised as wood, but looked like parquet in the photos), to simply help my husband and I better understand this significantly higher listing price for the area.. In his FIRST reply he did not answer ANY questions and instead told me that the property owners just accepted an offer. I asked him to reach out to me IF/WHEN the house was back on the market, WHICH IT WAS shortly after. HE DID NOT however contact me and again, and I reached out to him the SECOND TIME asking for THE SAME INFORMATION. Once again, he DID NOT provide ANY answers to my questions, but instead offered to show me the house! REALLY?? Well, our decision to see the house was OBVIOUSLY dependent upon the information we repeatedly asked him to provide, and which he continued to dodge.
