The listing was challenging only due to the management company I had when I listed the property for sale. Everything else went very smoothly. Rick's experience in this field was immensely helpful, which allayed much of my stress and concerns. It was slow at first, but after an open house I got two offers on my duplex in one day, and one of them was a full price offer!
