I cannot begin to explain how great Rick Ott and his team were with my wife and I. We are currently moving from San Antonio (selling) to Harker Heights (buying) and even through the stress and fatigue of moving and all else involved, I have to leave this review immediately. From the start, Julian and Vanessa took us on a well planned and very professional tour of Harker heights neighborhoods, to which we had taken a day off to drive from San Antonio. We saw several homes, none of which we really LOVED. Then, as we were going home with our tails between our legs, Julian, swiping through his phone like a mad man, found one- last-home for us to look at, that JUST hit the market....it was the one..we knew it immediately upon walking in. We went back to the office, met with Rick Ott, he assured us we would sell our home at a price we were pleased with (which we did) and we met Vanessa, closing coordinator, who assured us they would guide us on putting a competitive offer on our dream home. From that point, Vanessa expertly took us through every single process and was always available. Her dedication to customer service and willingness to help cant be matched. She was there for us day and night, weekdays and weekends. This is our second home we have purchased and the aEURoeOtt TeamaEUR? blew the other realtor team from the first home we bought, out of the water! Thanks guys! A lot of businesses say it but, You all, are truly, there for your customers!

Thorough, professional, and personable--Rick and his team were a dream to work with and found us our perfect home. We were building new and a problem with the build site meant we couldn't continue. To boot, at the time there were less than 100 homes in the whole Fort Hood area. Not only did they find us "A" home-it was the perfect one: the same perfect neighborhood, a better corner lot, on a park, and with all of the amenities we were so looking forward to with a new build. They were proactive and upfront with every step of the process and every time we had a question, we had an authoritative response back immediately. For example we had an issue with someone from the title agency and without us even asking, Vanessa reached out to them and took care of it. That's just one example of why we felt Rick and team were truly representing us on this journey.
