ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlyn was awesome. She was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. She showed us house's on our schedule. She understood that we were looking for a longterm house. Her negotiations skills are on point. She got us in to the house we wanted with no hesitation. She has an eye for things to ask for that we had no idea to ask about. We highly recommend Kaitlynn for any one looking to by or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlynn Knotts is a great asset for anyone purchasing or selling a home! My wife and I used her to help us find our forever home! She does her homework, and is very knowledgeable on all things with buying a home. She shows up early and makes sure things are in order before showing a home, she was not only able to answer all our questions we asked but also answered questions I should have asked. She is definitely in your corner! She negotiated a HUGE discount for our family and even a home warranty and made sure we had our roof and foundation warranty transferred to us. Like I said above, if you are buying or selling a home Kaitlyn is definitely an asset you can't go wrong with.. not only would I use her again if I needed to buy or sell but I also recommend her to my own parents...

ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlynn is just amazing ! We where a hard family to please, being that we needed a huge 6 bedroom home, and hardly any on the market. She went through heck to get us into our newly purchased home fast and sooner then closing date because we where having a baby any day. She was always there to communicate, Day or night! She knows a lot and is always eager to help in any way! I will always use her for our home buying needs and would most definitely suggest everyone else does!

ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlynn helped me and my family sell our property when we were having some extreme difficulties with a prior property rental manager. She was instrumental in helping us restore our property's value with minimum pain to our bank account. Everything we asked for Kaitlynn worked extremely hard and made it happen. I couldn't have asked for a better, more dedicated, hard-working real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlyn was so pleasant each and every time. The process was very tedious and very annoying each day the underwriter wanted another piece of paper to explain every single little detail imaginable and I had to buy Kaitlyn almost every day and she never minded each call, each text each question I had, Kaitlyn answered all my question and was able to fulfill each correspondence that the underwriter requested. Kaitlyn went the extra mile for me. SHE IS THE NICEST AND MOST KNOWLEGIBLE REALTOR I EVER MET !!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlynn helped us weed through all the houses that had HOAs or were already under contract, neither of which we wanted to deal with and helped us find our dream home. We had everything go wrong that could possibly go wrong in trying to secure our financing once we did. Kaitlynn stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal, staying in constant contact with the seller to ensure they stuck with us as well. In the end, we got our house, and Kaitlynn even met up with the seller for us a couple of days later at the house so they could bring the refrigerator back that they had forgotten was part of the sell. She went above and beyond what we could possibly expect a realtor to do.

ZillowVERIFIED Helped us every step of the way in selling our house. We even made a profit after only owning the home for 3 years. I believe this is due to her knowledge of the local market and her ability to make sure your home is advertised in all the right places with the key features highlighted. She definitelywentabove and beyond our expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED Kaitlynn was absolutely amazing! We just recently closed on our first home. We started our search with little to no knowledge and all the "new home buyer" nerves. She stood by our side through the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping us in every way she could. Kaitlynn went above and beyond all expectations, including working with our extremely hectic schedules. In fact, the home we decided to buy was one that Kaitlynn decided to show us out of her own initiative. We are so extremely grateful to have had Kaitlynn as our realtor; she made our home buying experiance a breeze! 10 out of 10 recommend her!!
