Wendy is an absolute god send. She was there for me every step of the way especially through the negotiations phase. She was on top of every aspect of this transaction up to recording. This was a long time coming and I cannot thank her enough. Looking forward to this new chapter in mine and my kids lives. Thank you Wendy!!!

Wendy helped me purchase a home, I'm from out of town. She was able to answer any questions I had making me feel confident in the purchase without seeing the home. When I finally arrived to see it, I was pleased. She also assisted in recommedations for other things.

Great best everything I've had before I had her was not good with her last time she went out for the day so good experience and she was just getting everything I needed

What a pleasant experience in this crazy market! From our initial phone conversation to ongoing recommendations on everything from cleaners to painters, Wendy has the ability to effectively listen, ask thought-provoking questions, and allows space for intellectual/feeling feedback to be generated. Always responsive via text, email, and phone conversations, Wendy is such a pleasure with which to work...well, really does not feel like work at all!!

Wendy was amazing. Helped u get a fantastic house that we loved in our desired location within our budget. 100% would recommend and use again. Went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and was very open when it came to showing houses.
