ZillowVERIFIED Wendy helped me purchase a home, I'm from out of town. She was able to answer any questions I had making me feel confident in the purchase without seeing the home. When I finally arrived to see it, I was pleased. She also assisted in recommedations for other things.

ZillowVERIFIED What a pleasant experience in this crazy market! From our initial phone conversation to ongoing recommendations on everything from cleaners to painters, Wendy has the ability to effectively listen, ask thought-provoking questions, and allows space for intellectual/feeling feedback to be generated. Always responsive via text, email, and phone conversations, Wendy is such a pleasure with which to work...well, really does not feel like work at all!!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Arizona from Michigan and had just enough time to travel to Arizona once to find a house, we only had 4 days! Wendy went above and beyond during our visit to find and show us well over a dozen homes. We felt like her only client for those days we spent viewing homes. When we did find "the" home, she worked with us to get the deal done as quickly as possible. We recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy a home in Arizona!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy exceeded our expectations. She knows the market and showed us a lot of properties. We hit the market when the inventory was low and prices were rising. I am pretty sure we would not have our house without her. Yes, we recommend Wendy.

ZillowVERIFIED After a four year association with Wendy, we recently worked with her to purchase our retirement home in Phoenix. Wendy has been most gracious and patient in providing her extensive expertise to help my wife and I work through finding and purchasing an out-of-state home. She has always gone the extra mile to not only provide the time and guidance required to complete the purchase remotely but added the little touches after the sale that made the whole experience a pleasure. We will definitely utilize Wendy in any future real estate transaction we have in the area and highly recommend her to anyone interested in having a responsive and thoughtful representative!

ZillowVERIFIED I actually sent this to Wendy last week!!Just a quick note to say how appreciative I am of you not only taking care of my mothers needs for a new home but also how quickly you were able to find a buyer for our home. Your ability to handle this range of not only homes but personalities made my life MUCH easier!! My past experience with a realtor has always been such a headache and I was not looking forward to the hassle of the life change for my mother and the need for a larger home due to our blending of families. You have now eased all future real estate transaction angst. Thank you again for handling this not only so professionally but with compassion as well. ZillowVERIFIED I have always been very impressed with Wendy. I had come to Arizona on vacation and decided it was the place to live. I went to to open houses and even contacted a realtor. I then met Wendy at an open house and after going home to WA state I started to receive information from Wendy about available homes. I never heard from anyone else. This continued for over a year with my going back to Arizona and looking at more homes with Wendy. I sold my home and Wendy found me a great home in Dove Valley Ranch. Almost three years later Wendy sold my home, at a nice profit, in Dove Valley when I decided to relocate to North Carolina.I highly recommend Wendy. I see below that I must put year of service, how about years of service!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was selling a house in Cave Creek, Arizona. Wendy lives in the area and knew it well. She was able to come up with a reasonable price and to sit through a number of open houses. Her friendly smile and professionalism impressed many prospective buyers, including the one who finally closed on the deal. She took care of all the details, including recommending a handyman who did a great job on all the requested items. She told me when it would close, and it did close on that date. I would recommend Wendy Ortiz to anyone.
