This is my 2nd home that I get to purchase with Dayana. She is my go to real estate agent because she genuinely cares for her clients to find a home they truly love. She was actually the person who gave me a slight push to buy my first investment home in 2021 when the interest rate was super low, so I trust her knowledge and intentions for her clients. She's always advocating for her clients, but also knows what and how to negotiate with the sellers. She's very hands on during your closing process, very responsive, and gives great advice. I've recommended Dayana to two of my friends buying a home and they've also said the same thing about her.

We worked with Dayana for over a year to sell our home. We had two distinct experiences with the process. The first was with trying to sell during a time with few buyers so we took the place on and off the market for much of the year but with little solid results. The second was putting it on the market the following year and an offer came almost immediately with a shortened closing timeline. The first experience dragged on and on, and the second experience became a flurry of activity for a few short weeks. In both scenarios, Dayana was there for us, she listened to our objectives and concerns, made valuable suggestions for preparing the home, guided us through the processes, set appropriate expectations, and helped us deal with some of the complexities and frustrations of both situations. Thank you Dayana and team Panozzo!

She was so kind and knowledgeable but also professional. She took the time to understand our specific situation, which is rather unique, and helped us find a home that was exactly what we needed. Would use her again and have already recomended her to friends!

My experience as a first-time homeowner was made exceptional thanks to Dayana! She brought so much positive energy and expertise to the table, making the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns right away, and her attention to detail ensured that I felt confident at every step of the home buying process. I am incredibly grateful for her support and will definitely be recommending her to others and working with her again in the future!
