ZillowVERIFIEDWe engaged Aijaz(The Realty Gurus) for our second home. We have never seen a real estate agent who is so reliable, knowledgeable and patient. He knows the pulse of real estate market. He understood our requirements so well right from day one, which helped us make the best decisions and narrow down our dream home. He hand held us at every step - from the offer till the closure. The communication with him has always been transparent and he made sure he was available for us on call and in-person when we needed him. He was as enthusiatic as we were during the course of our multiple home visits/shows. In the present days competitive sellers market, it is not easy for an offer to get picked up. However, with his excellent negotiation skills he made it happen. He was also the lender and was great at that too. With the good relationship we have built, he also helped us to rent our first home. There are tons of good things we can write about Aijaz, but to put it short - we highly recommend him as a one stop solution for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Aijaz is great! If youre looking for fast and reliable realtor to sell or purchase a home, Aijaz is your guy! From the start, he listed my house on sale within 48 hours and we got our first offer within a week. Even though there were some complications form the buyers side, Aijaz did a great job controlling the transaction and keeping me updated.

ZillowVERIFIED We are first-time Homebuyers and in spite of that our journey in locking down our first home was a smooth and pleasant experience. The reason for that is our realtor Aijaz Ansari. The amount of professionalism and attention to detail that Aijaz has provided is just simply phenomenal, I have not come across anyone like this who is as good as him. He was very instrumental in helping us to track down the right home for us. Before we started looking, he asked us a lot of questions and educated us common things that experienced home buyers would usually look for. This helped us a great deal in trying to come up with proper specifications for our would-be home. In addition to all these, his knowledge about the area proved to be very valuable for us to make the right decision. One other thing that I would like to highlight is his negotiation prowess. After the home inspection, we were able to get a good deal on our closing cost from the seller because of this. I highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to buy a home either for the first-timers or for experienced buyers. On a side note, he is also an excellent property manager for all those people who are investment buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Aijaz represented my wife and I during our purchasing experience of a new build. From beginning to end (and beyond) he has been very engaged. We had our sights set on a certain area of town and lot, and ended up buying there, but he still gave us homes and other properties to go visit and compare just so we had a thorough idea of our options. He wanted us to have a good idea of what is available to us and not just settle. He took his own personal time to meet with us and discuss details, was incredibly knowledgeable, not only of the real estate business and it's interstices , but also of architecture, the building process, legal proceedings and even right down to questions we had about electrical connections. Aijaz was always very easy to contact, always a text or phone call away. He spoke for us during the negotiation process and offered valuable insight during the final walk-through and closing. When we took possession of our home, he walked us through, showing us how to operate specific functions and suggested areas we might further investigate in order to improve our home and investment. To this day, 2 weeks after closing, he still assists us in following through in areas the builder needs to complete and repair. Truly, my wife and I are very impressed by AIjaz and highly suggest him to represent anyone during this process. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Aijaz Ansari is ROCK STAR. The process from our first visit to final closing couldn't have been better. Aijaz offered great insights when asked for his input, but never pushed his own thoughts or agenda. We would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had a pleasure of working with Aijaz in my home search. He helped me assess my requirements, analyze the available houses (in Phoenix/Scottsdale area) which best suited my needs and present me with properties which best suited my needs. This helped me stay focused and invest my time to explore the right properties which were closest to my requirements.Aijaz's knowledge of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area was commendable which was critical in my home search. His negotiation skills also made sure I got a really good deal and also had me covered for all situations I may have never thought about, in the house sale contract documentation. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and is highly recommended.Thank you Aijaz!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, in the beginning I was very hesitant with the entire home buying process. But Aijaz has provided tremendous support at each and every step of this process. He not only explained me every step, but made sure I took the right decision both financially and emotionally. He has been a great guide in my entire home buying process making my home buying experience great and easy. Because of him I purchased a nice home which was on short sale at a great price in the great neighborhood of Chandler. He was easily accessible at any time of the day. He has great negotiation skills and would go above and beyond to get you the right home at a great price. I would definitely recommend Aijaz for your new home. Thanks Aijaz for helping us buy a great house which we call as our home now.
