HomeSmart Realty South

Ryan tends to use a slightly informal communication style which some might see as unprofessional, however it does help his client feel more comfortable and understand the process better. Banking, realtor, and legal companies/agencies tend to use very 'professional' sounding words which some people may have a hard time understanding. In addition Ryan worked well with my schedule. I work at night and sleep during the day, so Ryan handled communication and meetings with my odd hours very well. We were often communicating late in the evening or very early in the morning. Overall, great experience.

Ryan was a blessing to my family and I. He was very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and happily walked us through the entire process. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell within the tri-parish area.

Ryan stuck with me and kept me going even when things got stressful through closing. When I wanted to back out, he helped keep going because we had come so far already. Definitely would recommend him. Loving the new house we found.
