He is one of the most down to earth real estate agents I've ever encountered..If there was an award for best realtor he would definitely get my vote..He went above and beyond to make sure my house was sold..Thank you so much Ryan Dufrene!!

Ryan stuck with me and kept me going even when things got stressful through closing. When I wanted to back out, he helped keep going because we had come so far already. Definitely would recommend him. Loving the new house we found.

Ryan tends to use a slightly informal communication style which some might see as unprofessional, however it does help his client feel more comfortable and understand the process better. Banking, realtor, and legal companies/agencies tend to use very 'professional' sounding words which some people may have a hard time understanding. In addition Ryan worked well with my schedule. I work at night and sleep during the day, so Ryan handled communication and meetings with my odd hours very well. We were often communicating late in the evening or very early in the morning. Overall, great experience.

Ryan Dufrene was outstanding throughout our entire home buying process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. He made everything feel smooth and stress free, especially when things could have easily become overwhelming. Ryan stayed on top of inspections, paperwork, and deadlines, and made sure we fully understood every step. He was honest, straightforward, and truly had our best interest in mind the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to make the right decision, not just close a deal.

Ryan is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. He works diligently to help his clients find a home they will love. Ryan worked tirelessly, trying to find us a home in Raceland and Thibodaux. He showed us many homes and we simply could not find one that we wanted to call our own. He researched nearby areas and never hesitated to answer texts or calls, regardless of the time. Ryan also met with us at each home and worked around our schedule. I highly recommend his expertise with your next real estate venture.

Ryan did an outstanding job with assisting me with the purchase of my new home. His knowledge of the area was great for determining the purchase price while considering the future resale value of the home. Ryan was very hands on throughout the entire process. He was very organized, responsive, and always gave the best advice.
