Brian came to us highly recommended and we were not disappointed. He helped us sell our old home as well as purchase our new one. Brian was competent, timely, and helped guide us through the process. We were kept updated in what was going on and what to expect. He took fantastic photos that really did justice to our house and helped other people see the house the way we saw it. When purchasing our new home he helped us understand the neighborhood, understand what to be concerned about and what to NOT be concerned about. Whenever there was a bump in the process he was able to get it addressed and kept everything on track. He is someone that we would definitely recommend to other people and should we ever need to buy or sell a home again (though not likely as we LOVE our new house), Brian will be the first call we make.
